Styler ("we", "us", or "our"), developed and operated by Anadolu Bulut Veri Cozumleri, respects the privacy of our users ("you" or "your") and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our Styler mobile application (the "Service"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
When you use our Service, you will be asked to provide a photo from your photo roll. This is required to allow our digital fashion assistant, Styler, to provide personalized style comments and fashion advice based on your photo. Your photo is processed temporarily in our system to analyze it and generate the style recommendations.
We do not store these photos long-term, and they are deleted as soon as it is technically feasible after delivering your fashion advice. Your photos are used solely for this purpose and are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties.
Your photos are retained only for the brief period necessary to generate the fashion recommendations, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Once this purpose is fulfilled, your photos are automatically deleted from our systems.
We strive to provide a high-quality service for your fashion needs. However, we do not assume responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from the use of our Service. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any misuse of the photos or images that you upload to Styler.
Our Service is offered with the expectation that users will act responsibly. We do not assume any legal responsibility for how the Service is used, including any misuse or unintended consequences.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time and for any reason. You will be notified of changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
If you wish to have your data deleted, including any temporarily stored photos, you can request this by contacting us via email at [email protected].
Styler is a free-to-download app; however, an in-app subscription purchase is required for access. If you choose to make a purchase, it will be processed through Apple's App Store, and the transaction is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Users who have trouble accessing Styler after a subscription purchase can contact our support by following the "Contact Us" section.
Non-subscribers may access Styler by starting a free trial. A subscription purchase includes a one-time free trial period, after which it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will state the cost of renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by the user by updating the user's App Store Subscription settings after purchase. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Deleting the Styler app does not cancel your subscription.
All personal data provided during purchases will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
